Terms of cancellation

Dear guests,

Things don't always go to plan and unforeseen events may prevent you from going on your well-deserved holiday. In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to rent the apartment to somebody else. Of course, we also offer the option to find an alternative date to change your booking free of charge. If this is not possible, the following cancellation terms apply.

For the winter season 2023/24, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Free cancellation up to 91 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 40% of the agreed booking price from 90 days up to 31 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 70% of the agreed booking price from 30 days up to 8 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 90% of the agreed booking price from 7 days prior to arrival in case of late arrival or early departure.

For the summer season 2024, the following cancellation terms apply:

17.05.-28.06.2024:

Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
We charge 70% of the agreed booking price from 14 days up to 8 days prior to arrival.
We charge 90% of the agreed booking price from 7 days prior to arrival in case of late arrival or early departur

29.06.-23.08.2024: 

• Free cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 40% of the agreed booking price from 60 days up to 31 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 70% of the agreed booking price from 30 days up to 8 days prior to arrival.
• We charge 90% of the agreed booking price from 7 days prior to arrival in case of late arrival or early departure.

24.08.-06.10.2024:

Free cancellation up to 31 days prior to arrival.
We charge 70% of the agreed booking price from 30 days up to 8 days prior to arrival.
We charge 90% of the agreed booking price from 7 days prior to arrival in case of late arrival or early departur

Travel cancellation insurance – comprehensive cover:

For many years, we have worked in close cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung (ERV) insurance company, which not only covers cancellation and trip termination without excess, but also covers various Covid-19 cancellation reasons. To avoid unnecessary costs in case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you already have your own travel insurance or want to take one out quickly, no deposit is required.
