The ROSENHOF has eight apartments for you to choose from. Since each apartment has a different layout, we can help you find the one that best suits your needs. Your options range from a traditional Tyrolean-style or a premium-style apartment. Choose from a west-facing apartment with views of the Samnaun Alps and midday sun, or an east-facing apartment with views of the garden and morning/midday sun, or a south and west-facing apartment with breathtaking views of the 3000 metre mountain peaks.
In the morning, you can look forward to fresh bread rolls and a breakfast hamper packed with healthy local produce. After an action-packed day in the fresh mountain air, what better way to wind down than with a Finnish sauna and the soothing quiet of the panorama relaxation room. "Waldapart am Rosenhof" apartment｜30 m²｜2 – 3 persons
NEWLY FURBISHED since December 2022:
The "Waldapart" (forest) apartment is fitted with oak furniture that creates a warm and natural atmosphere. This first floor 30 m2 apartment is ideal for couples and small families. You can soak up the afternoon sun on the west side in your own small garden.
The apartment has its own entrance and is accessed via an external staircase. In the ROSENHOF, just 20 metres away, you'll find the spa, gourmet corner, games room and much more.
"Alpenrose" apartment｜80 m²｜4 – 8 persons
ALPINE CHARM & PANORAMIC VIEWS
The "Alpenrose" (alpine rose) apartment is located on the first floor and oozes alpine cosiness with furniture and floors made of local wood. It offers 80 m² of space for families and couples to relax – as well as two covered south and west-facing balconies with wonderful panoramic views of three countries.
"Anemone" apartment｜42 m²｜2 – 4 persons
ALPINE CHARME WITH VIEW OF THE GARDEN AND FOREST:
The "Anemone" apartment has a cosy alpine atmosphere and features new furniture and floors made of local wood. Located on the first floor, it is ideal for couples and small families. From the apartment’s east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and view of the mountains around Nauders.
"Margerite" apartment｜80 m²｜4 – 8 Personen
LUXURIOUS ALPINE CHARM & PANORAMIC VIEWS:
The "Margerite" (daisy) apartment is located on the light and spacious top floor and features furniture and floors made of local wood. Up to 8 guests can enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere of the spruce roof truss. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 covered west and south-facing balconies offering panoramic views of the mountains.
"Melisse" apartment｜45 m²｜2 – 5 persons
ALPINE CHARM & MOUNTAIN VIEWS:
The newly-built "Melisse" (melissa) apartment oozes alpine charm with furniture and floors made of local wood. Located on the top floor, it offers 45 m² of space for couples and small families to relax. Let the morning sun on the east balcony ease you awake naturally and enjoy the views of the Bergkastel ski resort and hiking area.

COZY ALPINE RETREAT WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS:
The cosy 36 m² "Veilchen" (violet) apartment on the first floor is lovingly renovated and ideal for couples. The new furniture and floors are made of local wood and create a pleasant and homely feel. Soak up the warm afternoon sunshine on the west-facing balcony while enjoying the magnificent mountain panorama.
"Vergissmeinnicht" apartment｜53 m²｜3 – 5 persons
COZY FAMILY NEST WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS:
The 53 m² "Vergissmeinnicht" (forget-me-not) apartment is lovingly renovated and provides a cosy holiday ambience for the whole family. The furniture and floors are made of local wood and create a homely alpine atmosphere.
Most charming are the two bedrooms (parents' room with double bed and single sofa bed, small children's room with bunk bed) and the balconies with morning and afternoon sun and stunning mountain views.

COZY COUNTRY HOUSE STYLE & UNIQUE PANORAMIC VIEW:
The "Enzian" (gentian) apartment nestles under the sloping roof of the house and is remarkably spacious. Couples and small families will feel comfortable and snug here. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the east-facing balcony and the wonderful views and afternoon sun from the west-facing balcony.
"Lavendel" apartment｜44 m²｜2 – 4 persons
ALPINE CHARM & HISTORIC PARLOUR WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW:
The "Lavender" apartment is located on the ground floor and is lovingly renovated. Spoil your loved ones in a modern kitchen with everything included, a new bath room to relax, enjoy the magnificent view on the west balcony, or relax in the living-bedroom - a "Tyrolean parlor" with historic spruce wood wainscoting, a rustic wood floor and new furniture made of soothing spruce wood - sustainable and from the region. The comfortable pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people makes this apartment ideal for families or small groups.
