Yes, your dogs are very welcome upon request. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, the following conditions apply:

• Costs: € 10–15 per night (without food).
• Number: Maximum of one dog per holiday apartment.
• Hygiene: Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed to sleep in the beds. We are happy to provide a dog cushion and protective blankets.

Yes, you can park your car for free on our private property directly at Rosenhof. One parking space is available per apartment. If you are arriving with two cars, a minibus, or a motorhome, please let us know in advance. An e-charging station is available directly at the house for your electric cars for a fee.

The arrival is easily possible by car, train, or bus. By train, travel to Landeck-Zams station and take the post bus directly to Nauders. We can pick up guests arriving by public transportation at the bus stop in Nauders. (Please let us know in advance). The Reschenstraße (B180) is reliably cleared in winter, but winter tires are legally required. As we do not provide a shuttle service, we recommend local taxi companies for the final leg to the farm.

Absolutely, Rosenhof specializes in family holidays in Tyrol. We offer a warm atmosphere and practical services directly on-site:

• Fun & Games: A large playroom as well as a play area with a trampoline, sandbox, swing, and a fleet of vehicles (Bobby-Cars, pedal tractors).
• Farm Adventure: Helping with the stable work with our small animals (May to October).
• Wellness for everyone: Our family sauna is open for you every Sunday and Wednesday.

There is plenty for your children to discover here. In addition to the large playroom and the play area, our popular guided pony riding sessions, including joint pony care, take place once a week in summer (mid-May to October).

To allow you to travel light, we provide extensive toddler equipment free of charge:

• Cots, high chairs, and bed guards.
• Socket safety covers and diaper bins.
• Baby bathtub, step stools, toilet seats, and potties.
• Strollers and back carriers for your excursions into the mountains.

Yes, we offer several apartments with separate sleeping areas:

• Apartment Vergissmeinnicht: Two bedrooms (master double bed & children's bunk bed).
• Apartments Alpenrose, Margerite & Edelweiß: Each features two separate bedrooms and two private bathrooms for maximum privacy.

Each holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-plate electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, and kettle. Most apartments have their own oven; for the apartments Veilchen, Edelweiß, and Enzian, a shared oven is available in the tea kitchen. Additionally, a JURA coffee machine awaits you in the lounge (Stüberl).

Around the house, you will find cozy seating areas with benches and tables, as well as an outdoor relaxation area in the wellness section with sun loungers. Please note that we no longer offer barbecue facilities.

If you enjoy taking a bath, we recommend our Apartment Enzian (1 bathtub) or Apartment Edelweiß, which even features two separate bathtubs.

Yes, our wellness area is available to you daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Look forward to a classic sauna, an infrared cabin, and a panoramic relaxation room. The family sauna (textile sauna) on Sunday and Wednesday (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) is ideal for relaxing together with the children.

Yes, everything is prepared for you upon arrival. Fresh bed linen as well as hand, bath, and kitchen towels are included. Upon request, we can change your towels daily. In your personal wellness bag, you will also find bathrobes and slippers.

Yes, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee. Please just let us know briefly if you would like to use the laundry room.

Yes, your sports equipment is safely stored with us. We offer an in-house ski room with a boot dryer as well as free ski depot lockers directly at the Bergkastel cable car. For bikers, there are two lockable bike rooms in the house (please register in advance).

Enjoy our fresh breakfast basket with regional specialties. We deliver it directly to your apartment door at 7:00 AM. Simply order your selection by 5:00 PM the evening before using the list at reception.

Yes, we offer intermediate cleaning upon request. We charge a flat fee of €25 for this service so that you can enjoy your stay in complete comfort.

The center of Nauders with its restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away. For shopping, you can reach supermarkets (Spar, Mpreis), the Habicher bakery, the Wiestner village shop, and the TreGusto gourmet shop in about 4 minutes.

The Nauders/Bergkastel ski area is approx. 2 km away (free ski buses available). Lake Reschen is 7 km away. For swimming days, we recommend the Ried bathing lake (30 km) or the swimming pools in Pfunds (12 km) and Graun (9 km).

We offer two free mountain bikes including helmets for leisurely tours (subject to availability). For professional equipment, you will find the sports shops Spöttl and Biwak in the center of Nauders.

A booking can be made online or via the enquiry form. Upon booking, a deposit of 30% is due within 7 days. You can transfer the remaining balance in advance or pay on-site in cash, with an EC card, or a credit card.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We ask that check-out be completed by 9:30 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement.
