Arrival/departure, payment, bed linen, and much more

Arrival and departure

• Check in: 15:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please let us know by phone or by e-mail.

• Check out: Please vacate your apartment by 09:30 at the latest.

• Early check in: If you plan to arrive before 15:00, you are welcome to wait in our guest lounge, use the games room/playground, or use the time for errands. Please inform us in advance.

• Late check out: If you plan to leave after 09:30, you are welcome to leave your things with us and use the guest lounge and games room. Please let us know in good time.

Payment

Pay for your stay one day prior to departure either in cash or by bank transfer or EC/credit card (Mastercard, Visa). Of course, you can also make an advance bank transfer from home.

Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towels

Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are provided in all apartments. Towels can be changed daily at your request.

Spa bag

Upon arrival, you will receive a spa bag containing bathrobes and slippers for the duration of your stay. You can help yourself to sauna towels in the spa.

Short stay

 For short stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the apartment price.

Dogs:

Dogs are permitted on request. We charge EUR 10 per night (excluding food). Please let us know when booking and bring blankets/towels with you to protect the sofas/benches and for your dog to sleep on. We are happy to provide a dog cushion and a vacuum cleaner for occasional cleaning.

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the apartment price must be paid by bank transfer. You will receive detailed information in the written booking confirmation.
