Terms of booking

  Additional guests can sleep on the high-quality sofa beds and/or extra beds and/or cots.

• For short stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the apartment price.
  
  
• Dogs are permitted on request. We charge EUR 10 per night (excluding food). Please let us know when booking and bring blankets/towels with you to protect the sofas/benches and for your dog to sleep on. We are happy to provide a dog cushion and a vacuum cleaner for occasional cleaning.
  
  
• A deposit of 30% of the apartment price must be paid by bank transfer. You will receive detailed information in the written booking confirmation.
